01 -- Overview
The Brief

WedgeRock Engineered Solutions manufactures precision gear operators and actuation gearboxes for the world's most demanding valve applications. Seven product families. Certifications spanning Buy America, AWWA, ATEX, and SIL 3. A customer base that includes subsea OEMs, municipal water systems, power plants, and offshore operators.

What WedgeRock lacked was a web presence that matched the rigor of its engineering. Swift Innovation was engaged to change that -- designing and building a full digital platform from the ground up: a site with depth, precision, and the kind of technical credibility that closes specifications.

The result is a 26-page, fully responsive prototype with a proprietary 4-mode color engine, two interactive browser experiences, and an architecture built to scale as the product line and market presence grows.

02 -- Needs
What WedgeRock Required

Four core requirements shaped every design decision, from information architecture through final code.

Brand Presence

No existing web presence. The site needed to establish technical authority immediately -- communicating precision and trust to engineers, procurement managers, and OEM partners on first contact.

Product Catalog

Seven product families with torque ratings, certifications, and dimensional data that engineers need at the specification stage. Presented in structured, scannable format with downloadable resources.

Technical Resources

IOM manuals, dimension drawings, and compliance documents that buyers expect to find during product evaluation. Searchable, organized, and available without friction.

Market Positioning

Applications spanning subsea, oil & gas, water/wastewater, and power generation -- each with distinct buyer personas and technical requirements. The site needed to speak fluently to all of them.
