2.0 ENGINEER / THE WEDGEROCK METHOD

From requirement to qualified hardware

A named, repeatable engineering process. You bring the torque, thrust, and environment. We take it from there.

STEP 2.1

Requirements Intake

Application review with your engineers. Torque, thrust, duty cycle, environment, interface, and standards captured as a shared specification.

STEP 2.2

Engineering & Materials

Gear geometry, housing, and sealing designed to the spec. Standard or exotic materials selected for the actual service life.

STEP 2.3

Qualification Testing

Hardware tested to industry and customer specifications. Documentation delivered with the gearbox, not after it.

STEP 2.4

Delivery & Support

Production at spec and schedule, from prototype to program volume, with engineering support through the install.
